Q: Does this unit have a built in Scaler?

This does have a built in scaler, which will re-size your input to match your video wall. Example a 1280x720 (720P)image can be rescaled to say a small LED wall at 520 x 312.

Q: Is this the version that has 2 dvi outs for the monitor feed or 1 dvi and 1 vga out?

you can see in the REAR view. There is DVI monitor out and VGA monitor out... in addition there is DVI-loop out.

Q: i want 8 pictures on 1 tv will this do it? or is there something that will do this, or can you use 2 untis to make 8 pictures
