Saves on ammo cost when sighting in.
Works very well on my .45 ACP carbine, gets you near the center of the target for final adjustments of my RED Dot.

WRONG SIZE
This thing is a piece of junk. I got it to practice with my 1911 without spending a fortune on ammo, but not only does it not have the basic function of only turning on when the hammer is pulled, it doesn't fit. It simply isn't 45 ACP. It went into the gun just fine, but in order to get it out I had to disassemble the entire firearm! Even worse, the laser isn't straight. It skews to the left significantly, and I know that this gun is properly sighted considering I went shooting two days ago. Only bright side is my cat likes the laser.

Exactly as described
Accurate as far as I can tell . Fits nicely in 4/4 of my 1911s 45 acp .came with extra batteries . Only con is no carry case but for the price great deal . Clearly visible easy to use.

Could be great, laser was not centered after a few uses - it's a $10 paper weight now
I thought it worked well when i first used it, and zeroed my pistol with it. The huge problem i have with it is that if you roll it on a flat surface, you can see that it is not level. I chambered it in a few different orientations and got different zeros at a short distances (6 - 10ft). I do love the way it works, though i wish it had an on/off button instead of just taking the batteries out. The laser will turn on with less than 3 batteries in it and without the cap on it, so be careful to aim it away from you when putting the batteries in if you value your eye sight. If it could be adjusted so that it was true then it would go to 4 stars. If that was solved and there was an on off (preferably that could be "triggered" with the firing pin - it would go to 5 stars. It did fit well enough in my HK45ct, but i had to let the slide fly to get it seated - don't ride the slide.
