It is all plastic/silicone so does not set off any metal detectors, it's flask size so kind of hard to stuff in a pocket, but on the flip side it does hold a good amount of liquid. We had it on its side at one point and it did leak out just a little liquid, but the weather was hot and cold, could have been condensation, it's a great value for what it is.

One thing to make sure of when refilling the flask, is that the rubber cap is secure and tight when closing. After first use it had a small leak on the side, but it was user error. I would definitely recommend this flask!

This flask seems to be undetectable by metal detectors. My flask has leaked a few times because I apparently did not tighten it adequately. I know I twisted the to cap tightly, but a few times it has leaked in my golf bag. The rubber strap that holds onto the cap retains the cap from being lost, but it also hinders the ability to tightly seal the cap. Or it somehow loosens the cap.
