I didn’t know it’s gonna be this short my own fault but the price isn’t amazing, but not bad.

I purchased an inexpensive KVM switch rated only to 4k 30Hz. With the HDMI cables that were provided, it did not work reliably at 4k 60 Hz, which is to be expected I guess. When I replaced the existing cables with these 8k 60 Hz cables the signal integrity became good enough to eliminate the problems I was seeing.
