I bought this product as a new camera, but it did not have a catalog and all the straps and wires were opened and the papers around the camera were wrinkled and used, it seems that it was opened before.

Genuine Product with Jumbo Warranty card
I received an Authentic product with a Jumbo warranty card inside. Package was complete although I was expecting the neck strap to be a bit more high quality similar to the straps of the A7 series. It also lacked a lens and body cap which was a bit disappointing. Battery came in drained and needed a full charge.

This small format camera works well and does the job. I did have an issue with overheating, but that's typical for these small side body sized units. This is a well-known product and very adequate for the job I put it to.
