I use this product occasionally on days where I consume very little or no vegetables. I have always taken it at night with dinner. I find when I wake up I'm ready to sit on the porcelain throne and make my offering. My bowel movements are easy and complete with everything is evacuated from my system. The product itself is not harsh on the system, and bowel movements are normal with no side effects.
