I'm extremely pleased with the product. There is no " green " taste when I take the tablets. After 2 weeks I'm noticing marked increase in my energy. Sleep has improved and all without stomach upset. I will reorder when low.

I like the barely-there slightly oceanic scent and taste, and while it takes a bit of whisking to fully dissolve, it's easily digested and leaves no aftertaste. You might want to check your lips and teeth though, before leaving your house, because there can be a green ring left behind, lol. So far, my GI has tolerated one teaspoon per day, and I'm going to increase to 2 t next week. My friends' opinions, who've used it for a year or more, are all VERY favorable for the improvement in GI function, allergy reduction, clearer skin, even increased energy.

Too many pills to take

Definitely feel more energy immediately. They even taste ok chewing. After doing more research, I decided to order the chlorella and spirulina in separate tablets. If you listen to a lot of videos on the subject and read the research, experts usually are separating so they use spirulina in the morning for energy and chlorella for detoxing benefits at night. Makes sense. Nothing wrong with the combo but now I have all 3 possibilities. These pills seem to be manufactured by the same facility with the same protocols as the super pricey tablets. Sunlit charges a fraction of the cost. Love this manufacturer with a reasonably priced and convenient product. Also, my dog eats these as treats. So easy to give him extra nutrition each day. Highly recommend.

Tastewise, I can handle spirulina on its own but Chlorella, not at all! The fact that these two superfoods are combined into 1 pill makes it doable for those who are sensitive to strong tastes with less than desireble flavor. while I'm certain I am benefitting from these pills because of the superfoods and what it does to support and clense yourbody, I'm excited to seee if there are any noticeable external effects. Right now I'm giving this product 5 stars. I expect this to be a continued addition to my other supplements.

Easy to take.

First know that this item is not eligible for return unless damaged, etc. This product contains a lot of iron. Way more than a post menopausal woman would need. The web site description and the return page showed it as eligible for return. But it is not.
