It’s an ‘ok’ mat for yoga. It is softer and thicker than I am used to which is great. It is non slip although one has to use it once or twice for it to properly grasp on to hardwood floors.The mat does stretch which made an initial downward challenging as the mat expanded forward a bit as I pressed the palm of my hands down.It is also quite ‘noisy’ - so if you settle down into a warrior pose for example, the mat makes a loud squishy sort of sound as your feet find their footing.On the plus side, the mat is versatile and can be used for Pilates also where a bit of a thicker mat provides more comfort.For diehard yogis it’s ok and it’ll do the trick for now but if you are a proper yogi and that’s what you want it for, I’d suggest to spend a few more pounds and get a proper mat for yoga only

Much better than the last mat I ordered. It’s thicker and more comfortable but surprisingly lighter too. Doen’t slip on the floor, I don’t slip on it. Really easily portable and comes with carry handle. Amazing for the price!

Although I’m very happy with my purchase, I’m unable to give the product a full five stars, because there is a slight discolouration where the product label had been wrapped around the mat and there are a few dents that haven’t come out.But It is a lovely colour, with a coordinating edge and is thick enough to protect my knees and hips when I’m doing my Pilates workout.

I have used this daily for several weeks. It is compact, light and does it's job well. No signs of wear and it has kept its shape. I roll it up after every use and it hides away easily.

The mat feels really nice to use, its nicely cushioned without being too thick. I'm using for Pilates exercise and finding it does exactly what I need

Being a slim build this mat has been of great help for me when doing yoga as the comfort and thickness has been a benefit to me. Easy to roll up and carry using the strap provided.
