Great Excersise diary
Really great little diary. Really helps to track and motivate. Pages for excersise helpful blank line to add anything else you want to. Lots of extra pages for notes and plans and measurements.Came really quickly in beautiful packaging. Will be buying for gifts.

This is exactly what I was looking for! Very colorful and detailed, definitely something to keep you going when exercising.

Really sweet little book
Really sweet little book. I use this regularly and find it helps to motivate me but without forcing it down my throat. Great if you have a varied exercise regime and aren't too bothered about the minutae of sets, rest lengths etc. Fits in very nicely if like me you are a keen fitness addict but without being a gym bore!
