Extremely disappointed with this product and, more importantly, the pathetic customer service from Instacuppa. The product stopped working within a short period of use despite following all instructions. But what’s worse is the complete lack of support from their customer care. No proper response, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. It feels like once the product is sold, they simply don’t care about the customer anymore. Multiple attempts to reach out have either gone unanswered or resulted in vague, unhelpful replies. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this brand.

Stopped working within a month of use. No one is taking responsibility for it not even amazon. My money gone to waste. Update 1:- I wrote a mail to the Customer Service team and they did a free replacement for me. Thank you for your prompt action Instacuppa. I will update my review after 1 month of use.

Overall good. I ordered the 250ML one but it is too small for my hands. So I have to be extra careful when handling the blades. The motor is powerful as mentioned and it took less than a minute for 4 onions to be very finely chopped.
