Diatom will happen, more or less diatom may be because of many other factors like too much food or left out food. Cleaning and vacuuming gravel required will help.

Q: Is it ok to automatic daily dose with automatic dosing machine, or does the bottle have to be shaken prior to the dosing make this a bad idea?

You can use automatic dosing machine,

Q: Purchased microbacter clean 250ml on 2-23-22. i received 2 bottles of "chaetogro" with a sticker on them saying "microbacter clean". what gives?

This is a shipping error (obviously) from whomever shipped the product to you. I would recommend that you return it as the wrong product and get a replacement. ChaetoGro and Microbacter Clean are nothing like each other.
