works!
I know this is an extruder motor, but it also runs my dual z axis, as a replacement for a broken motor included with a brand new machine

dual z-axis upgrade
The media could not be loaded. this is a 3d printer stepper motor compatible to ender 3 series printers, i used it for my ender 3 v2 printer as the 2nd z-axis motorit came in creality packaging, seems it’s genuine creality product, i compared it to my other z-axis motor and they look identicalthe motor is easy to install, now my printer got same speed and torque on both z-axis, the z-axis works very stable and accurategenuine creality motor is very quiet, no working noise at alli’m very happy with this product, would recommendhope you find these information helpful

Perfect Stepper Motor Replacement
This is an original Creality part provided in a Creality branded box. Inside you simply get a single stepper motor protected by some nice thick foam padding to prevent any damage in transit. There are no intructions provided, but replacement of a stepper motor is very straightforward on most Creality printers. The same motor model is generally used on all of the Creality printers currently available and on most they are mounted in fairly accessible places. To replace them the process is simple;1. Power down and remove the mains cable from your printer.2. Disconnect the driver cable from the stepper motor you are replacing.3. Unscrew the bolts holding the motor in place and remove it, you may also need to remove any cog or similar drive mechanism from the shaft of the motor you want to replace.4. Place any cogs or drive mechanisms onto the shaft of the new motor exactly as they were attached to the original.5. Using the original bolts secure the new motor to the printers mount.6. Re-connect the driver cable to the new motor, it will fit only one way round as the plug/socket are 'keyed' to prevent incorrect connections.7. Plug the printer back in and power it back up.At this point you should now have a fully functional printer again. This is assuming it was the stepper motor that was faulty, if you still have any issues it may be a problem with the printer mainboard and further diagnosis may be required.Although I can highly recommend this motor as you do get a replacement motor which is going to be the correct specification for your Creality machine I should add it is quite expensive in comparison to 3rd party models which are likely to be just as good if you get the correct model.

motion servo replacement.
The ender printers use these for the x/y/z motion, rather than the full size "40" ones, so if you need a replacement for one of those, this is what you want.If you need a replacement for an extruder, the same but the last digit is a 40. It's deeper and presumably more powerful. This came in a creality branded box so I'm quite convinced it's the real deal.It is a standard NEMA or whatever motor so you can use it for anything with stepper drivers. No issues.

Easy to replace
Super straight forward to replace. Two CSK screws into the rear upright extrusion, one plug connector and a coupler, et voila. This is perhaps a little more expensive than you can find elsewhere, but it is a direct replacement, same degrees (1.8 as opposed to 0.9 or other), and the size is exact replacement.I will pop this in my spares box for now should my Z axis motor ever fail, or for a dual Z setup in the future should I ever decide its worthwhile.
