Simple, but Rough.
The press has been a little difficult to use, though it's been handy with my current projects.

Works **Sometimes**
It's easy to use. Really easy. Just a few simple steps. But this thing is SUPER inconsistent. I made around 100 buttons. I wound up... maybe with 80? 75? I had several prints (in sets of 12) that I was making into buttons. I lost anywhere between two to FIVE buttons per set. I don't know why. I did the same thing every single time. I'm not sure who decides when the button's gonna come out right. Is it black magic? God? A roll of the dice? Has Loki descended into my home for the sole purpose of messing with me?! I don't know but I'm kinda pissed, either way. So, for the price point.... works SOMETIMES. So, if you're fine with not getting all the buttons you planned on making, you're probably fine.Oh, and my wrist and fingers are killing me. I'm sore. I'm legit in pain from the number of buttons I made, so maybe take a break every couple hours if you're gonna make a lot of em. Or not. Who knows how many buttons you'll actually wind up with. It is a mystery.

Good Start on Button Making While on a Budget.
Pros:- It's a bit of a learning curve, but after a while you start to get the hang of it. And it's actually pretty easy.- Small and easy to store away.- A great button maker for beginners especially if you can't afford those fancy several hundred dollar button press.- I can't guarantee the studiness for all of them, but the buttons I made for the little ones seem to be going strong months later. Which I think is a win considering they get thrown around in their backpacks.Cons:- It is a bit of a hit or miss on whether the button comes out right. For me, I've only had a handful of defects. ( I use a hefty book to punch in the pieces together just to make sure everything fits firmly.)- Making too many at once will make your hands sore. So be mindful and take breaks.- With there being quite a few parts to the set, it can be easy to misplace one so be careful where you place them. All in all I love this thing. Super budget friendly, and I've made countless pieces so far. Again it is a learning curve so if you're gifting to a kid I'd help them out until they get the hang of it.This is a nice gateway to button making, so if this doesn't turn out to be your thing you'd at least only spent a small price compared to the more expensive button presses.

worked great
Lil bit of a learning curve and I don't care what they say get the 3" hole punch so u don't have to be so perfectly accurate with the placement but def worth it and worked well

Terrific product
My daughter is an artist and wanted to make and sell her buttons. I bought one years ago for a project at work, so I knew they would come out great!

Not Consistent
I had heard of this brand for many years and thought it had to be good. But I've made 10 badges so far and 4 of them are not crimped right. The little plastic cover and button fits perfectly in the circles, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I would not recommend this product.
