When my mom, who is in her 80s visits, this is something that she can do that does not require the television to be on; it gives her brain a bit of a jog, or she can do this along with a sitter. The size of the print, the instructions, and the kinds of activities are very appropriate for her season of life and need for memory support.

I like to keep my brain active instead of sitting around doing nothing. This book is full of puzzles that keep my attention. and challenge my brain. I am pleased.

Use it in therapy all the time

Some of the exercises were quite difficult.

My mom loved this book. She really enjoyed every page. I found two other books from the same author. She even shared some pages with her roommate at the nursing home.
