Easy to chew/swallow. For me, the best.
I swear by these. Easy to chew, swallow.. nice taste. Other Melatonins are chalky and crunchy and not pleasant at all. For me, they work.

Flavor
It worked just fine, didn't wake groggy and fell asleep easily. What I didn't care for was the taste/flavor. I had mistakenly bought that vs a berry variety. I've not wanted to waste so it is fine if swallowed with a drink.

First time I got this from Doha airport tried and works perfectly. Tried many brands before but this for me is perfect already 18 months I'm using this brand . I sleep like Baby 💤
