I have 2 rose covered arches in my garden and I wanted to add a bit of whimsy. These are great and look beautiful. No batteries, no remote, charge every day and turn on when it gets dark and shuts off in the morning. I just ordered a few more sets for Christmas because I want more lights on the arches.

My order came quickly and I found the lights easy to put up. The lights are at the end of little strands that you can manipulate to create different effects. This is a 10' railing and I used one 20' strand. You can select from a variety of lighting choices from still to blinking to a bunch in between. It's just a push button to select, though, so you have to keep trying until you find the one you like. The solar panel is strong - these lights stay on all night even with the short days of November. This is just what I was looking for so I'm quite pleased with the purchase.

The lights are great. Bright and last most of the night. Negative: they tangle easily.

These lights are wound around the central line making more sparkle and twinkle that single light lines. The outcome is pure dazzle! I wrapped mine around my decorative garden fence that is about 3 feet high, then placed the solar panels up on a plant post so the sun would reach it even in the winter when the sun is low in the sky and also to keep it out of the snow. When the lights come on they sparkle on the snow like nothing I've ever seen before. I also used some on the ground under a tree with some mushroom lights to create a look of fire flies twinkling around the mushrooms. Another amazing display. Except these are now under 3 feet of snow so it will be spring before I see them again.

I love the look of these lights. Put them on my porch for. Christmas. They were so pretty that I left them up. One strand stopped working 6 months after purchase. Emailed Brightown and they honored the years warranty. Sent a new strand within the week. Very good company to deal with. Excellent Customer Service!

They light up, it is a pretty blue, but unraveling them is like trying to unravel a bucket of fish hooks that still have leads on them. Absolutely ridiculous the way they are wrapped. If you don’t have patience, or a good wife to hand them to, don’t buy them.

These solar lights are cool by me. They've been outside for about a month and haven't died. They work well and with all the different modes, there's a setting for everyone. I would buy some more in the future. The only negatives: they are slightly less bright at the opposite end of the solar panel. Not much, but it's there. Lastly they were a pain to unwrap. However, it may not be the manufacturer's fault. I let me sixteen year old start the process and she might have screwed it up. But it took me about two hours to work the tangles out (and Im a fisherman so untangling line is in my DNA.)
