This pill organizer is very large and perfect for anyone with multiple vitamins and/or medications to take each day. The labels are very clear and easy to read. Each day is color coded differently, which also helps with organization and recognition. The lids for AM and PM snap firmly closed. And each pill box also fits firmly onto the tray, although it does take a couple uses to understand the pressure needed to reattach to the tray. Overall the quality is great and the organizer + tray were exactly what I was looking for.

I've probably purchased 5-10 different pill organizers over the course of my supplement-taking life. I mainly use them for travel, and I'd always have to mix and match because no single organizer was large enough to accommodate my stack. I finally decided to splurge on a larger organizer, and this product got the job done. Most of my pill volume comes from powder substitutes (e.g. creatine, l-citrulline, etc), so often when you're talking 3-5g worth of powder in pill form, you're talking 6-10 pills or more. That takes up container space quickly, in addition to my vitamins, minerals, herbal and fish oil pills. Each container in this organizer was able to hold 18-20 pills per side with no problem. It was very convenient being able to bring just one container per day on a recent weekend trip and have all my supplements covered. Labels are large, lids snap securely, color coding makes for easy identification, and despite the larger holding capacity, the containers themselves aren't oversized. Snapping the containers on and off their shared platform takes a little bit of getting used to (I would've opted for a single large holding container there), but it's no biggie. My only small concern is whether or not the lid hinges will hold up after repeated use, but that's a hypothetical problem for another day. Very good product.

This pill organizer was purchased to replace my current organizer. It easily holds 3 times the amount of pills and is especially suited for larger pills. I would recommend the Extra Large Pill Organizer. Each individual or daily container is removable from the parent strip for an overnight venue. Each compartment is clearly marked with the day and time. Overall, the appearance, quality, and ease of use are a major improvement over previous organizers I have used. I would purchase this item again, should the need arise. It would be a great gift item for friends & family.

This is perfect! My son has Down Syndrome, and his supplement regimen is quite large. His old pill container was popping open, and wasn’t easy to take with, without pills ending up in the bottom of my purse. This pops off the base, and easily holds all of his pills!

I really like this pill box more than I should. I take a lot of supplements and other meds. Everything fits without being too packed. I feel like this is finally the perfect fit. I really like the colors that it comes in as well. I really like that you can pop the days out to take with you. I don't have to take all my pills, I can just take the days I'm away. I have carpal tunnel in both hands, and this is very easy to open and close. The lids are good and sturdy. I was actually impressed with sturdiness. The clicking when it closes is "sooo satisfying" according to my 6 year old.

When they call this thing extra large, they are not kidding! I failed to understand exactly how huge this thing is, and was shocked when I opened the package, but I'm not mad about it. I have several disabilities, both physical and psychological, so I take 22 pills every night. I do take a few supplements, but only 4 pills in my whole container were not recommended to me or prescribed by my doctors. My previous pill container was so full that I had to arrange the pills in a certain way just to be able to close the lid. And if I get even one more prescription, there was no way they would fit. Picture 1 of this review is my old container. Picture 2 is a side by side comparison. This new sorter is so large, I can just drop all my pills in and there's room to spare! That's picture 3. The lids seem durable. They click well, almost too well, so I'm not worried about the lids popping open. We will see if they loosen over time. The base is kinda flimsy, which is why I only rated it 4 stars instead of 5. I like the ability to pop each day off the base so you're not stuck traveling with the whole thing, so the design is well thought out. I'll probably just take them all off and put them in a small bag for travel, even if I need them all, so the base stays home. The print is large and clear, and the lids are color coded with white for PM and solid colors for AM. I think it was definitely worth the cost, because it'll save me a solid 20 minutes every Sunday night trying to organize all my pills in a certain way just to the lid would close. I also have an essential tremor (my hands, especially my right, shake), so putting those tiny pills in that tiny box could get REALLY frustrating to turn JUST SO. With this new, giant box, I don't have to struggle! Overall, I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who takes their own pharmacy worth of medications/supplements and needs more space than the usual medication user. If they made the base a bit more solid and not so flimsy feeling, I'd give it 5 stars! I will come back and update my review if something changes though.

Love it! My supplements are too big for most pill organizers but not this one. Super roomy and well made. It takes up plenty of space but you can't have everything. Tops snap tight. Easy to use. Solved my storage issues

Best pill organizer ever. I've had it for two years now and just was reminded to review it. I love that I can snap out the individual containers so I don't have to take the entire pill container when I go away for a weekend or whatever. They are big enough to hold all my pills, including the big ass vitamin supplements like omega-3 and weird shaped gel packs. I recommend this one to anyone with a large number of pills or just likes the convenience of popping out a container or two for travel.
