I bought the green Samsung buds, and I love the color! The quality, sound cancellation, fit, and battery life is outstanding as well. I can easily go up to twelve hours without charging, and the sound cancellation was above my expectations. Would highly recommend these buds to anyone.

The packaging protected the buds well. I did have to do minor cleaning just to be safe, but after using them for a little over a month, the earbuds are working as normal !

I have tiny ears and find it near impossible to find earbuds that actually stay in my ears or don't stick out like crazy. These are significantly smaller than the Pros, and while they still stick out a little bit, they stay in my ears mostly and feel pretty comfortable. Likes: - sound quality is good, and noise cancellation works great - nice and small, and actually stay in my ears most of the time - Decent battery life. I can use these a few days in a row of several hours of use and still have juice left in the case - love having wireless charging. We've got a Samsung triple wireless charger and I just pop these on it with my phone at the end of the day and it's golden. - People can generally hear me relatively well for phone calls Dislikes: - ambient sound could use some improvement. I tend to hear a LOT of background noise (I work in a research lab), such as equipment running, fans, etc, and barely hear voices - Super slippery. Because it is shiny slick plastic, I feel like they slip in my ears more than they should, and can be hard to grasp getting out of the case - when putting them in, they register my touch, and generally start switching between ambient and ANC. Also touch controls sometimes are ignored, especially if I have a lot of hair covering them, or don't tap in exactly the right spot

These are great, but one of this refurbished pair didn't work out the box. Now I have to waste the time to ship back so I'm not charged. Awesome

This Amazon product is the best,noise cancelation is top tier. I'm using the blender and the noise from the blender was not heard at all.

(Los audifonos de la imagen ya tienen más de 3 meses de uso y aún así no se ven desgastados) Recomendados, la batería de los audifonos y del case dura bastante, me han durado hasta casi 5 horas en llamadas con sonido ambiental. La batería del case, con un uso normal y con volumen alto te puede durar una semana aproximadamente Otro punto que me gustó es que se le puede regular el sonido ambiental a bajo,normal y alto Aunque fueron reacondicionados llegó en su empaque original con todos los accesorios con una estética de 10/10 sin ninguna mancha ni rayón y hasta el momento que llevo con ellos con un uso casi diarios no han presentado ninguna falla Por último el sonido es bastante bueno, muy limpio, los sonidos graves resaltan, los bajos se encuentran presentes pero en mi opinión son un poco leves. Esto se puede solucionar en la aplicación de samsung pero puede llegar a opacar otros sonidos Para su precio muy buena compra y más si tiene descuento El único punto "malo" que les encuentro es que no son contra el agua

Los compré para mis consultorías empresariales: La BATERÍA y AUTONOMÍA es buena, no increíble pero aguanta unas sólidas 4hrs y 30min seguidas de llamada con micrófono. En cuanto a la COMODIDAD, no son los más cómodos, llega un momento en el que lastiman a oidos pequeños cómo el mío, pero es cuestión de acostumbrarse, nada grave. Lo que me encantó es la función de SONIDO AMBIENTE que te permite entablar conversaciónes con colegas presenciales sin tener que quitarte los audífonos. Igualmente la función de carga sin desconectar (Con la tapa abierta del estuche) es muy buena y práctica. Recomendado para uno intenso en oficina y home office

El case de los audifonos venia un poco rayado, pero eso era lo de menos. En si estaba contenta con el producto, hasta que me di cuenta que el audifono derecho no funcionaba para nada. El resto del producto servia bien, pero si tenia ese defecto.

Los audífonos llegaron en esa bolsita de plástico, con las gomas no originales porque las originales son verdes y sin el cable original para cargarlos. Funcionan bien pero creo que deberían especificar que no van a ser los accesorios originales porque eso cambia mucho la calidad del producto. Mi esposo compró de otro vendedor los negros y llegó todo perfecto, nuevo, en paquete, todo original. Un poco decepcionada la verdad.
