Great taste but a tad costly

This tuna is very good when you mix it with cold rice, fresh tomatoes, boiled eggs, small slices of olive and with addition of olive oil (or sunflower oil) and natural winegar. It is better if you can add small cubes of avocado.

It's a good product

The tuna pieces are fresh ones. But the oil they are preserved is cottonseed oil which is one of the unhealthiest oil. You can wash the tuna before cooking with clear water but may loose some fragrance. I consumed the oil by just not washing them before cooking but if you are very health conscious, then it is not the idle one for you

Nice tuna meat but disappointed that its provided in cotton seed oil which carries cardiac risks.Second issue is that drained tuna meat weight is much lesser than 500gm of net weight declared on tin so is expensive than we think.Add to it the high health hazard of higher than permissible ppm of Mercury as its a Yellow Fin Tuna meat. Manufacturer is not declaring the Mercury content of the meat.

Its was very nice
