This powder is so finely made it goes a long way. I have used it in many dishes and the flavor is just right. It is a little different from other herbs and spices because it comes in a bag not a shaker bottle. Probably best if poured in an airtight jar and use a baby spoon to apply in your foods while cooking. Because it is so fine in texture it goes a long way making it a great value.

It’s a very fine powder but it seems to mix well with everything I have used it for and it does give the garlic flavor.

Depending on what you’re going to do with this garlic powder. I just wanted to replace my garlic powder in a shaker. But this powder is way too fine a powder for me.It worked ok. I just won’t order this type again.
