Biggest upgrade: screen. Watch looks much more contemporary now with the all screen display. Crisp and clear. I was a bit skeptical of the absence of a home button but it isn't inconvenient without it. Always on display with the amoled screen would have been amazing! It's almost the perfect all round fitness band that is available today. Battery performance: I am using the following features and battery drains at about 9-10% per day 1. heart rate monitoring every 1 min 2. Stress monitoring per 5 min 3. Treadmill Workout tracking for 25 mins 4. No lift to wake (using swipe to wake) 5. No sleep monitoring 6. No call/notification 7. Occasionally the breathing app. So the Battery should last for 8-9 days on this usage

The product is small and very comfortable to wear at night, covers less skin, and as for the battery life it is good, with one charge it is working for almost 2 weeks. It's a recently purchased product so as for the strap, it is fine with me, in case the strap gets cut off, it would be best to purchase the silicon strap from the Mi store in past, I purchased several straps when I bought mi band 3, whose strap cut off. They might provide the same durable strap and the same quality strap. The features are nice, and as for the wallpapers, they are just ok. Update: I purchased this product on 28th June 2022. It worked till 20th Jan 2026. Very nice product. I mostly didn't use all the features, which made it this far. A few days before, the screen colour changed to green, and after that, the battery didn't hold out, as it was getting discharged within a few mins. Majorly used for time, temperature, steps, and music change. If I had used other features, it might not have lasted this long.

Stopped charging after 2nd charge. It's a new product, nothing working and I don't get return option. Disgusting customer service options. Going round and round. When asked to call, I don't receive a call but a mesage that call is ended. Infuriating.

Good product in this range for quality and quality..

I have had the Mi Band 4, 5 and now the 6. The only reason I got the Band 6 was because I dropped the previous one in the metro. The display, step tracking, heart rate monitor & the SpO2 monitor are good, as was the Band 5. The sleep tracking is a lot better in this than the previous models. But what kills the Band 5 and is extremely annoying is the poor battery life. When I first got the band, I'dcharge it on the morning and it would be dead by evening. In fact I exchanged the first band but the next was no different. An hour after a full charge it would be when you 70%. After 2 days, it started to last the entire day but it's still pathetic compared to ta Band 5. That lasted at least 4 days, while the band 6 for only a day and a half. I charged it don't yesterday at 7 am. Todayat 5.30 am it's down to 56%. I'll be forced to charge it on the evening. I don't see this improving any further as I've had this for a couple of weeks now. I loved the Band 5 while the Band 6 makes me feel like throwing it away

I am a big fan of Mi bands. I have recently bought band 6 after using band 2 and band 5. The product is totally awesome and worth buying. Pros: 1. Accurate step counter 2. Accurate heartrate counter. It continuously measures HR in the activity mode and also as per the time intervals set by you. 3. SpO2 tracking is also almost accurate. Gives an error of +/-1. 4. The best thing in the watch from band 5 is its display. The display is 1.56" full screen AMOLED giving very crisp and sharp colors as well as pixel density is high. 5. There are hundreds of watch faces you can select through MI app. Also you can use 3rd party app for other faces. You can customize existing ones. 4 faces can be selected and saved in watch memory in addition to preset 2 faces. 6. Weight is another best thing about MI bands. It weighs only 12 grams with the strap. Feels like nothing on your wrist. 7. Completely waterproof, so you don't have to worry about shower and swimming. 8. There are numerous settings and customizations available in the app. 9. The health tracking statistics have no comparison in the market. Each and every details are given in the app as well as watch. 10.It can be used to find phone as well as the phone can be used tofind the watch/band. 11. Sleep tracker is also 90% accurate. 12. Battery runs around 8-9 days with all tracking plus sensors working everyday. Cons: 1. Didn't find yet

Updating the review. Went to the Mi store and the mi band 6 was exchanged without any questions asked as the previous product had a defective battery. The new piece i recieved doesn't have any battery issues and i see the battery lasting a good 15 days now. <Previous review below> Bought this band about a month back. The battery life of the product I received is pathetic. I had read online about battery calibration needed as it's a software issue and not really a bettery issue. Had seen quite a few videos about how to recalibrate the battery. Tried all those steps multiple times but to no avail. No amount of 0-100 charge cycles solved the issue for me. The battery lasts only 5-6 hrs !! And this is with all notifications turned off and heart rate monitoring set to least rate of 30 mins. Very disappointed with the product that despite all these efforts, the battery is a bummer.
