Lasted 3 years before leaking

Update 2/5/2022: We've had this drinking-water faucet for 2 years. It started leaking out of the faucet end six months ago and got a lot worse, to the point we had to turn the water line off in the basement any time we were not using it, turn it on to fill pitchers to put in the fridge, and then go downstairs to turn it off. We tried disconnecting and reconnecting all of the supply lines; they looked clean, and doing so did not help. I sent a message to the manufacturer about troubleshooting and asked for instructions or a diagram to take it apart, but they never responded (I waited several weeks). Eventually I nervously started taking it apart myself despite the lack of support. I carefully removed the plastic cap on the handle to reveal a screw, dismantled everything, cleaned the rubber washers inside (for the record, everything already looked clean), used plumber's grease on the washers and anything that wouldn't touch water, and tightened the heck out of it when I put it back together. It seems to be back to its original state for now, no leaks despite the single drop on the end after using, but it still warrants the poor review due to lack of customer support, incorrect dimensions, and leaking terribly after a pretty short period of time and not a ton of use. Original review is below and I believe was 4 stars. We really like the look of this faucet; it perfectly matches our main (Moen) faucet, swivels, and was very easy to install (which you'd expect from a drinking-water faucet). However, the measurements in the specifications and diagram are NOT correct. The total height from the countertop deck is actually about 11.5". It is closer to the dimensions in Amazon's "EKRTE Commercial Water Filtration Faucet Lead Free Brass Drinking Water Purifier Faucet, Oil Rubbed Bronze Kitchen Bar Sink Drinking Water Purifier Faucet" (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07P11QKLG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1). We actually ordered that one at the same time to compare them, and they were the same size. They were also in the exact same basic packaging with identical (and minimal) marketing and installation materials; surely EKRETE and Fonveth are Amazon brands. Also, after each use, a single droplet hangs out of the end of the faucet, which I don't believe is a defect but rather caused by gravity pulling on a little excess water held in the U-shaped downspout. This does not bother us, but it may bother you... it makes me thirsty for more water, if anything.

Taller than the standard filter faucet. Looks great and matches many modern faucets on Amazon. I just wish the under counter washer was wider to give more support.

I really liked the way the faucet looks in my kitchen. No leaks. Costumer service was actually really good. Highly recommended

We bought this 4 years ago and it has been dripping for the past year. We do not recommend this product.
