When you’re in a rush, it’s hard to find extra parts, so I really needed these items. The price felt quite high, though—I’m not sure if that’s standard compared to the main website—but it was much quicker to order here with next-day delivery. The items were good quality, well packaged, and arrived really quickly. Overall, I was very happy and would order this way again if I needed something urgently.

Duckbills wear out in 2 weeks only

Duck valves already open so there for will not allow proper suction. Was excited to receive item to service my ardo calypso. Very disappointed

If I could give zero stars I would. This product is completely defective. Valves do not work, cannot form suction at all. I produced 1oz milk instead of the usual 6oz and am really stuck until I can find new parts.

The duck bill valve fittings were not tight enough and did not remain closed so the pump was not able build up the pressure to pump milk.

Duckbill valves are completely open and in worse condition than the ones I needed to replace. Can’t get enough suction through these valves to effectively pump milk. There’s no way to speak to Ardo through Amazon- the only option is to return the parts for a refund.
