Using it for weight loss

This is a daily essential item for me now. I absolutely love the results. I feel the results within a few minutes of taking it in the morning. It does a great job relaxing my nerves and keeping my focus and energy leveled. A little goes a long way so it’s great for the value. I've read a few reviews on its not being easy to mix. I typically mix it with sparking water and it works well and it's tasteless. I’ve even purchased it for my mom and sister. For the first few months, I used it only in the morning. For the past week, I’ve been using it before bed. I find it helpful since I’m typically someone who can’t sleep at night. I’m usually up until the next morning but I’ve been sleeping pretty good every night. I take it in combination with chamomile. I sleep like a baby.

I always add L-Theanine to my morning caffeine to help take the edge off the jitters, and this is the best value I’ve found. Mixes into liquids well, albeit with a bit of effort to break up any small clumps.
