Yes the charger is included. It comes with a three-pin UK plug. You will need an adapter if you want to use it in a standard two-pin bathroom shaver socket.

Is this clean shave without hair all-over the bathroom?

From my experience yes. Hair stays in the shaver head and is washed out under the tap after each shave.

How do i change the shaver head to the trimmer head ?
