I bought this product because I read that studies of white bean extract showed it helped regulate grehlin levels. I chose this brand because it ticked all the boxes for concentration and quality. I’m not sure about the carb blocking properties, but this has dramatically helped with painful hunger pangs that were making it difficult to keep to my sensible diet plan. Before taking this product, I was finding it hard to sleep at night because of intense, painful hunger pangs (despite eating three balanced meals a day on a moderate calorie deficit). Almost immediately after taking this supplement I found I was satisfied after my evening meal and didn’t feel hungry again until the next morning, and my hunger levels were what I would consider appropriate rather than feeling like I hadn’t eaten for a week despite eating only a couple of hours earlier. I haven’t made any other changes to my meals, but this product is making keeping to my plan much easier and is also making me feel much better because I’m not fighting against overwhelming hunger any more! It really does seem to help get grehlin under control!

Don’t know if these work but I’m taking them and wishing and hoping. Low carb is great. But low carb makes me an angry angry person. With these, I eat carbs and I’m happier. Delusional. Fatter. But happier…..

Didn't do much for me

How effective, time will tell, but gastrically tolerated.

This stuff makes me feel sick for a couple of days after taking it. Also I get very hungry after taking it witch completely defies the reason you'd take it. And it gives you wind n diarrhea

Allora, l’ho preso per un po’ curiosità e un po’ speranza di “tamponare” i carboidrati quando sgarro con pasta e pane. Una capsula al giorno è comoda, non è una di quelle robe giganti impossibili da mandare giù. Ovviamente non esistono miracoli in tal senso, non è che prendi la pillola e dimagrisci mangiando anche una pizza per esempio, però una cosa l’ho notata: nei giorni in cui lo prendevo durante i pasti più ricchi e calorici, mi sentivo meno gonfio dopo e avevo meno voglia per esempio di dolci successivamente durante la giornata. E' sempre ideale prenderlo non del tutto a stomaco vuoto cosi da poter fare un effetto migliore. In sostanza l'ho trovato buono come aiuto, anzi un supporto valido per avere lo slancio per mangiare sempre meglio e far si di avere anche l'aiuto di un prodotto come questo. Estremamente consigliato!

Fungerar inte för mig

Bisher hatte ich Kapseln mit nur 500 mg Kidneybohnen. Diese Konzentration von 5.000 mg war mir neu. Das hat den Vorteil, dass ich nicht mehr rechnen muss, wie viele Kapseln ich nehmen soll, da ich fast keine Kohlenhydrate vertrage. Obwohl ich ja nun die 500 mg Variante schon seit Jahren nehme, habe ich davon nie abgenommen. Die 5.000 mg nehme ich seit 4 Wochen und habe überraschend 3 kg abgenommen, obwohl ich sogar Kuchen und Nudeln zu mir genommen habe. Keine Ahnung, ob das jetzt wirklich von den Kapseln kommt. Zumindest vertrage ich sie bestens und sie schleusen die vielen Kohlenhydrate raus, von denen ich sonst Kopfschmerzen bekommen würde. Daher habe ich für diese Kapseln jetzt ein Abo eingerichtet. Update 01.12.23: Inzwischen habe ich 5 kg in 3 Monaten abgenommen.
