why does this graphics card cost $1446? why are graphics cards so expensive?

They aren’t. The retail price of this card was supposed to be much lower. These are SCALPERS and all merchants (including NVIDIA) who allowed them to purchase in bulk or resell at inflated prices should be ashamed. It should be illegal.

Does it has led light indicator that tells that there's sufficient power? like rog strix

I disagree strongly with the guy recommending to stay away.. both the GPU and motherboard I've purchased with the TUF branding have given me over 9 years of service. If I could choose my go to manufacturer though, by far it's EVGA because of their ease of returns.
