Great customer service!! I'm building houses... Had an issue with the sliding/unlocking button after more than a year of intense use and the response was quick and thorough. A new unit or compensation. Decided to get the latest motorized model. As a builder, we use this a LOT and find it as good if not better than "expensive" alternatives. The green laser is sharp (enough) for anything we do exterior or interior. We actually schedule certain exterior jobs to be done when the sun is not directly on it and the rest is a no brainer.

This Huepar 360 laser level is a game-changer. The green lines are bright and easy to see, even in well-lit rooms. The self-leveling feature is quick and accurate, and having the full 360-degree horizontal and vertical lines makes layout work so much faster and easier. The build quality feels solid. An excellent tool, highly recommended!

Been using this off and on for little projects around the house and it works great. I never realized how crooked my walls were in my home. Some are tilting by 1/2" or more from the floor to the ceiling. Nice product and highly recommended.

When Kia and Hyundai first came to the US, it was like you could tell they were going to do well even though some things were unrefined and a bit off. They hadn’t quite settled into the market but they were making smart choices on the things that mattered. And the value was obvious. Huepar’s laser kit has this same feel to it. The laser itself is substantial. Green lines are crisp. The user interface is intuitive and well thought out. The multi-charging options are nice. Excellent value play. No regrets. The rest of the kit feels like the intern with zero construction experience did the design and sourced some of the parts from Taobao. I mean, I can see what they were going for. Kinda. But it needs work. I’d much rather have green glasses than the odd aluminum scissor stand. Unrefined but the laser itself gives me confidence they’ll get there. My only significant comment is I expect the soft foam in the lid will eventually breakdown and degrade on the laser stored inside. Instruction booklet is well written. I’m glad they spent the money to have that professionally translated. It’s appreciated. The box says “Huepar…Embracing Your Idea Tool at an Ideal Cost.” Well intentioned but…I can’t tell if it’s clever/awkward phrasing or a grammar mistake. Not a good look for a Chinese company making a foray into the US. The consistent subtle use of the green is well done. It’s obvious the company has a vision. One oddly specific technical note that I genuinely hope Huepar sees. The FDA logo is NEVER used on private sector products. Ever. Look up FDA’s logo and name policy on their website. Remove that logo immediately from your instruction booklet. I literally jumped when I flipped the booklet over and saw it.

Very good. Accurate as stated. I wish though it was a little brighter for outdoors. I purchased most of the accessories that I thought I might need. Then I thought I might have over bought. And then a few weeks later found myself in a pickle. That's when the additional accessories came in handy and saved the day, time and money. A very good buy indeed. Buy before the need and save time and money. You never know about supply chain issues, don't set yourself back.

I have been using the laser since 2021 best money can buy with receiver. I am a general contractor and use this every day. laying out buildings, setting doors and windows, framing etc you won’t be disappointed, the bottom lazer tops the cake, I bought the sliding pole, and receiver so I can use it as a transit during the day outside. Battery life is not bad for the size or order another battery Accurate, durable, good visibility and very stable

I have had to use it a couple of times now and no issues.

Love this unit. The longer I have it the more I find it useful in all kinds of situations. Love the remote control too
