Be prepared. Once you have a high-quality pasta, you are not going to want to go back to the normal commercial mush. This pasta is very sturdy with great texture, but most importantly there is flavor and not just something to lay the sauce on.

This pasta is just sooo good. Hadn't seen this before and bought some to try. The square shape adds a different texture that we really like. Sauce seems to cling to it better than round spaghetti too.

Best spaghetti on the planet next to Nana's homemade. You have to cook it a little longer which is okay! But once you get a 10 minute mark. Then every minute and a half or so you got to test it so you can get the perfect texture that you like. Bon appetit

Great tasting pasta

I am an avid cook, have been since I was 12 and now I’m in my 70s. This pasta is excellent. And the price for the top notch quality is amazing. I’m buying more batches and giving them away as stocking stuffers this year.

Yes, it is starchy compared to Barilla. For a lot of dishes that starchy pasta water is very useful. The pasta has a great flavor and a very good texture. The outside is rough as it should be with bronze die extrusion. Smooth pasta will not hold on to your sauce as well as this does.

Great spaghetti, does not get soggy unless you over cook . I buy this often
