Fresh and no Forever chemicals
I used to use microwave popcorn that comes in a bag. Then I read that they use forever chemicals to prevent the oil in the bags from leaking through the bag. Forever chemicals are just that, forever. They are known to cause cancer. So now I use this popcorn in a microwave bowl. It tastes great and it’s just corn no chemicals.

Good quality
I’ve been making bread with a combination of fresh milled flours and this one goes well with einkorn and hard red. No bugs or other dirt rocks or residue! Very clean!

Great taste and really speeds up the fermentation process.
I love the way it tastes in my sourdough bread. I use 100 g of rye to 900 g of bread flour. It gives it a nice chewy texture without being too heavy on the right flavor and the crust is fantastic.
