I was hoping for a cute but affordable option and this was affordable. Bc it fell apart, ripped, and each day isn’t even different we had triples of some charms and doubles of the rest. My girls were so disappointed!

This advent calendar has some cute Christmas charms on little key rings. My daughter plans to use them as backpack clips all month. The rings could also be slotted onto the end of a tree branch to hang as an ornament.The box the calendar comes in has a festive design. A flap opens down to reveal the 24 perforated doors to open for a charm. The picture has the words Merry Christmas in big red letters, but they are also on Santa's sack in smaller white letters, and written backwards. It's a little odd to have the two sentiments next to each other, but one can be best read by looking in a mirror and the other not. The cardboard is pretty sturdy and the perforation easy to tear. The charms are in a plastic tray that lines up with the doors. They are all big enough to stay in their slots and get pulled down to another slot when gravity takes over. I think this would be a good calendar for someone young, who doesn't put things in his or her mouth. My teenage daughter is excited about them, having seen them already.

Cute advent calendar but most of it are the same pieces over and over again the whole advent calendar.

I have two girls ages 8 and 6 and bought an advent calendar with candy and this one with little toy key rings. They will alternate which one they will open so that every other day they will get a toy and candy. These are really cute and a fun way to countdown to Christmas

Last year we had an Advent Calendar and the grandkids couldn’t wait to open each door each day. They loved finding a little surprise each day. And they realized that the fewer doors left to open meant Christmas was almost here!A few things to note about this advent calendar. The base is plastic with 24 separate compartments, a little flimsy. The section to open is a sheet of cardboard with perforations to open the area for the corresponding day.The second thing that I don’t really like is the lettering on Santa’s sack is written backwards. No idea why they needed the writing to be a mirror image.This Advent Calendar has 24 small sections to open with each one holding a small Christmas key ring. Some of the characters include: elk, gift box, Christmas tree, snowman, Santa Claus, etc.When finished opening all the small windows, it’s Christmas Eve! Now there’s 24 adorable Christmas key rings hanging on our tree.

My kids love advent Calendars and this one is so cute! The tabs are easy to open for a child and they have the cutest, nice quality keychains inside. Love it!
