Great supplement
Repurchase This Lecithin is great addition to my sups. No aftertaste or flavor and it definitely does the job. I stopped taking for about 3weeks almost a month because I ran out of the supplement and felt that something was not right. I reordered and ...felt much better within few days, plus I increased my dose to 2 pills a day morning and night. First cycle lost 7kg of course with minor diet restrictions, which was difficult to do before. And now since restarted with increased dose I lost another 4kg, all in all about 4months. I will keep this in my subscribed supplements. 5stars

Taking lecithin has been a staple supplement in my diet for a number of years. This soluble capsule from Bluebonnet has been the brand I only use. Bluebonnet supplements are the very best in the industry. American based company that you can rely on for superior quality. I take lecithin as it is known for keeping your arteries plague free and it does work for me in controlling body fat which now that I am 75 is something that does occur in your senior years. Please try this supplement. It is reasonably priced and only requires taking one capsule daily. It is a tasteless supplement and very easily digestible for me.

They're a larger pill, but not terrible. If you have an issue taking pills, this might be a challenge for you. They're about the size of a large Mike & Ike.

I purchased this supplement and the description says it's vegan but it isn't. It contains gelatin.
