I know a lot about health and supplements. And, I've gone full-circle, once espousing no supplements, then mega-doses, and now back to being sensible. It is so hard to find a multi with 100% of the daily ideal amount. Most companies love to entice customers by bumping up levels of B12 and similar vitamins. They rarely put huge amounts of minerals in as they're more expensive and take up lots of space in a pill or capsule. That's why no multi can ever have full amounts of the macro minerals, magnesium and calcium. I like the 100% levels as the food we eat is often fortified. For example, oat milk and soya milk are regularly given added B12, iodine, and other B-vitamins. Most vitamins are relatively harmless if you go over recommended intakes (as some are minimums), but some things can become a problem in excess. Selenium, for example, you have to get just right. Brazil nuts vary widely in their selenium levels, and the modern habit of a nut a day is flawed. Some batches have virtually nothing in them, others would give you toxicity within weeks. And with selenium, this could be dangerous. That's what makes these rare. Just give me 100% levels of most things. The government spends lots of money to work out what's safe across an average population, and despite critics, their advice is excellent for most. Healthspan make decent products. I like that these are vegan caps, as I am vegan, and the Informed Sport category means they're tested regularly to be what they say they are and without potential impurities. I hope they keep making them. They're well-formulated, and fairly priced.

Easy to swallow. No upset stomach. Took at night and it was difficult to sleep due to raised energy level. So far good 👍

A really good all rounder multi vitimin .... Great value for money in relation to the competition. Been using for just over a month and delighted so far. Will be ordering regularly.

Hard to know how effective these are, you certain can't notice any difference in the short term, but i use them as a "safety net" to fill any gaps in nutrition from regular food.
