Ok y’all This product works! Let me tell you, I struggle with anxiety a TON! I am looking for relief quite often. I had to get off of all caffeine and I felt so depleted in energy. This helps me feel like I get a small energy kick after I take it. (Nothing like a Celsius would) but it does help when I feel low. I can def tell that it calms my nerves down when I take it. I like it a lot. This is my experience and I know all bodies are different. I say order it and give it a try if you struggle with anxiety or lack of natural energy. It arrived promptly and on time and I am very pleased with this product. I would def buy it again. Pill is easy to swallow. No issues on my end.

Took this for the first time today. Gotta say I was skeptical because I usually get jitters from some of these ingredients and thought I might get a jolt and crash from it, but I’ve been super calm and have just had sustained energy all day. I didn’t even eat dinner at 6pm like I usually do, and went workout for 2 hours at 8pm, came home at 10pm, and ate, but wasn’t starting at all. I was like, I could go without eating right now and be fine. Just felt like my body was firing better and was more efficient at generating energy and didn’t crash. No negative side effects on the first day. I’ll keep taking and post if any negatives pop up. So far this is great.

I just finished my first (60 day) bottle. I'm 46 years old, with a high stress life overall. I decided to try this for the stress level, energy and rest. I had zero side effects from this which is great, but I didn't notice a change in anything other than my sleep was slightly improved and instead of waking up 3 to 4 times a night, I was down to zero to 1 and I feel slightly more well-rested due to that. I don't know if I'd try this again, perhaps with a different brand with more added magnesium. I also noticed a few reviews mention smell and/or taste of these supplements being very bad. The taste and smell didn't bother me in the slightest. It smells and tastes like tea with a hint of black pepper.

I am a 46 year old female caring for my mentally ill and very difficult 81 year old mom. I used to be a yogi, meditator, daily juicer... etc. Now I am a stressed out, fatigued, IBS suffering middle aged person who needs to take breaks and lie down after every single chore. I now, also, drink coffee all day till evening. Life has become a drag and I’ve been dragging myself through it. I read the reviews here, and I decided to spend this recent paycheck on some serious health supplements to address my fatigue and stress, as well as my IBS. I took my first dose of this last night in the middle of a massive stress storm of getting my mother’s apartment ready for inspections. So at the time I took it, I was VERY stressed out, shoulders felt like I was carrying 50 pounds on them. Within 30 minutes I suddenly felt the weight lifted and my attitude became sunny and relaxed. I forgot that I had taken this. I remember wondering why I had such a dramatic attitude change. I also had to walk pretty far last night to a store. Anyway... the walk was MARVELOUS. I felt YOUNG AGAIN. My joints ached and I had weird pains in my bones that come with age, but this time I didn’t mind the random weird pains. I had a fantastic mental clarity and inner wellness. Optimism. Joy. It was very dramatic to the point where, when I realized this effect had to do with my taking this supplement an hour before, I wondered if there were actual drugs in it, lol. This put a relaxed, yet energetic, big bounce in my step. I’ve taken some of these herbs before in the past. Only the herb that begins with R is one I’ve never taken before. Anyway. I am convinced that my dramatic change in attitude yesterday was due to this pill. It’s a fantastic welcome change and I have hope again. I will continue taking this and update if this effect wanes.

Strong smell

Well with 60 capsules for the price, a 2 month supply, I decided to try it. This product has been a game-changer for me! The price for the amount you get is fantastic. I've been taking it consistently for few weeks now, and it hasn't upset my stomach at all. The product itself is tasteless, which I appreciate. The size of pill doesn't make hard to swallow, (some might find it on bigger end). Most importantly, it's actually working! I'm finding myself much more active and less stuck in that "holding pattern" feeling. I don’t get fatigue towards end of day or any sort of "crash". I'm able to think much clearer, I have ADHD and tend to be "all over the place" but not with this. My sleep has also significantly improved, I can actually sleep through the night now. Highly recommend

I'm 36 and I've been dealing with adrenal insufficiency for a few years now. 8 months ago I quit smoking and went through some really rough times. my skin was constantly broken out, my lady cycle was completely out of whack, I was always exhausted but couldn't sleep more than a few hours. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a year ago but never regained my energy. My workouts were lacking because of muscle weakness which has led to weight gain. I purchased this, along with Pregnenolone, and sustained release b complex 150 a few weeks ago. This past week I was back up to my normal gym routine- rowing and running a few miles a few times a week. I've lost about 6 pounds so far. I'm sleeping more consistently each night. I'm still exhausted at the end of the night, but I'm able to get through the day. I dealt with adrenal insufficiency back in college and my doctor wrote me out for 6 weeks to do nothing but sleep, so I know it takes a while to get back to normal. Right now I'm happy with the progress I've made. I hope this helps someone else. Update: after 2 years struggling with high cortisol again (blood tests confirm, but not Cushings) I re-ordered this product along with phosphatydilserene and had deep sleep for the first time in months, lost 3 pounds this week, and my spirits have lifted. I’ve used other adrenal health or ‘stress’ targeted products and they don’t work.

Works well when consistently taken, haven’t had an adverse reactions. Great product over all
