Best needles ever!
I love these needles! I have knitted 3 projects so far and the cables have not disconnected mid project! You push and turn the cable into the end of the needle and it HOLDS! Best purchase ever.

Smaller needles problematic
At least on the size four, the joins caught my yarn badly and I had to fight stitches across that spot. It slowed me down a lot and made me afraid the yarn would be damaged scraping over the join. I switched to a fixed circular because knitting is supposed to be relaxing. Also, I wasn't able to reliably attach the tips to the cable, couldn't see inside the tip to figure out what went with what. And it took more hand strength than I could manage. My husband was able to join them ok. A couple of times I found one tip had fallen completely off and stitches were coming off the cable. I think this set will be ok with the bigger needle sizes, and maybe work better after they've gotten broken in. Not a miracle solution. Later: Using size 9 tips to make a sweater. The joins are no more of an impediment than other interchangeables, and what a relief that the tips never come loose. I'll be cautious about the size 4 tips in future, but these needles are great at larger gauges.

Not for Old Folks
I was so excited to get these needles -- I had saved my money for TWO years to be able to get these ... the first time I used them I couldn't get the needles to stay on the cords -- one of my sons in his 30's came over and was able to get them to "click". I used that same set of needles to finish the child's sweater and the beginning of my 2nd sweater (adult size) -- I had to change to a different size needle to do the binding of my sweater and I have worked for THREE hours and can't get them to "click" or stay together. Because of the COVID-19 limitations, there is no one here to click for me and I can't grip or get them to stay. Bottom line -- these are NOT for older people with arthritis or grip strength problems. For this much money, they should have lasted longer than 2 months. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Addis quality product
This is my second set of Addi clicks. Bonus is the life line that can be done as you knit. No more using a needle. Much nicer when you hit 300+ stitches

Love Addis, but cord wouldn't stay connected
I am a big fan of addi click sets and own the addi lace and olivewood sets. I really like the idea of this set combining two types of points on each pair. This helps me choose which point to use in a project, depending on the weight of the yarn, pattern complexity, etc. without having to change out needle points. The problem I experienced with this set is that the red cord (that comes with this set) would not stay connected to the needle. I will try the blue cord and see if that makes a difference. I have not experienced this with my other sets. In rereading the description, this set was to come with “exclusive blue SOS cords” but came with red Non-SOS cords. I’ve reported this discrepancy.

Super happy
Very happy with Addi set vs. Clover Takumi. Connections never loosen. Not as many sizes but great quality. Excellent German engineering.

Difficult or very difficult to attach needles to cord
At this time, I've made repeated attempts to attach needles to the cords. I've found that only two sets --6's and 11's attach easily. With the most of the remaining sizes, either the turbo needle or the lace needle attach, but not both. With size 10, I can get neither to attach. In two cases, the lace 7 and the turbo 9, I had to get help to unlatch the cord. Yes, I watched the videos, but so far, they are no more enlightening than the written instructions. I plan to try again. If that doesn't work, I have a helper with strong fingers. If that doesn't work, I'll contact the seller. Why make the effort? Because my Chiagoos have decided to untwist, usually in the middle of a row, 1-5 times each knitting session. p.s. I got the 7's to attach today.
