The initial disassembly was difficult as the directions are pictures and arrows not push and turn left or right. The same was true for the reassembly but now that I have used it a few times it comes apart and goes back together smoothly. The taste was much better after the 2nd or 3rd grind, must have needed some coffee oil in the grooves of the grinder. Good value for the price.

My previous burr grinder was twice as loud as this. I was shocked by how quiet this was in comparison. The grind amount seems smaller than my last one. I set it to 4 cups and it’s barely enough for one refill of my k-cup containers. Other than that, it seem to be a pretty good deal.

We love grinding up our own coffee at home because it keeps the coffee tasting fresh! This grinder is kind of messy, though, and you cannot grind a typical bag of coffee beans at once. Our counter is always messy after grinding.

Easy to use and understand. Please add a symbol or words to indicate what the different grinds are used for.Where it says " Extra Fine" X-Fine would be better .This is a good product for the money

It has a nice look love the product design with the majority being shiny stainless steel housing, you have a 15 grind size setting it grinds very uniformly, it is fairly easy to clean up and didn’t take so much space to our kitchen counter.The only downside I see is Its a bit small but it does the job so I don’t think that’s a big of an issue.Overall I would rate it 5 over 5!! Well designed and great operation I love it!

I purchased two of these. One is for me and the other was a gift. I had the opportunity to try it out while on a visit and found it superior to the one I have. I appreciate the ability to grind beans for a single cup of pour over coffee and it is quieter than any other I have used. Note that I said quieter. Grinding is noisy.

This machine works well. I was a bit hesitant to buy a machine with a grind amount control but it works very well. You have to do a little experimenting to get the right amount but once you get it dialed in you will never grind too many beans. The grind level control also works well, as coarse or fine as you like.

Started struggling to grind beans a few months ago and I would have to grind coffee in batches and clean in between. I normally grind a weeks worth of coffee at a time. Now it is seizing up every time I try to grind anything. I expected more for how much I paid. I will start searching for a new one.
