Dopamine Serotonin Support Supplement

My review is based on taking these for a month for those wondering. This is a really long review, btw. Let me start off by saying that I started taking 1 a day instead of 2. I never know how something will affect me, so I'd rather be cautious. I'd started on a Tuesday so I did that until Friday for 4 days. Since you're supposed to cycle 5 days on and 2 days off, I decided to use Saturday and Sunday as my days off. I noticed no bad side effects, so on Monday I started taking 2 a day, in the morning, like prescribed with some form of food. I've never taken these on an empty stomach and never at night. Since I get up for work at 6am every day it made it easy to take them on time Mon-Fri and on the weekends I sleep in, so it's nice to cycle for me and not have to worry about taking them then. There was 1 day in my whole month of taking them where I took it about an hour or 2 late because I didn't know what I wanted for breakfast and didn't have any, so when I got to work, I had a snack before I took them. This was towards later of the month, but I didn't notice anything off with me. Anyway, I didn't go into taking these with any expectations. Maybe at first, because I was excited about them, my mood felt like it immediately improved and I was a brighter person, but I told myself that it might be a placebo effect, so I disregarded it until I knew I was taking them for longer than like 4-10 days. Before I get into my thoughts about these, let me tell you why I started taking these in the first place. I feel like I've always struggled with a mild depression, but I was never diagnosed. Right before I started taking these, I also thought I might be a little bipolar because I get excited about things for... Well, could be days, weeks, potentially months, but when enough time passes, I get over it and then I get frustrated or just down and sad. For example, I'd find a new hobby like writing a novel and I'd hope I can do it and I'd be happy and excited. But over time that starts to fade and I start to have thoughts like, "Why am I doing this? Why did I get so excited? That's so dumb, it'll never work out." And I could never stop those thoughts, they would always come in at a random time in my day and ruin it for me. It would be like a wave of doubt washing over me for absolutely no reason and just out of no where. This would happen often, on and off, every few weeks, or months if I was lucky enough. Basically, no matter what I tried, I was never satisfied with myself and I would be unhappy constantly. So, then I started reading about dopamine and serotonin and I realized so many things matched and it seemed like my levels were low. I'll also note, my dad in his older, but still young age (60+) was diagnosed with some form of dementia due to short term memory loss and I have a feeling his also undiagnosed depression caused this, but he refused to get treated and still refuses now. He wouldn't take supplements or any medication either. We have financial struggles run in our family and I feel like that's what led him to his depression and I can say, I know what that feels like, too. Anyway, now that you know a little background, I think you don't see results until you stop taking these (if they've been working that is). I can say that I definitely was much happier on these. Before I started taking them, I was frequently irritated with people and once I was on these pills, I could easily tolerate them (I'm an introvert, so any long or large social stimulation is annoying to me). My thoughts improved by a lot. Even if things didn't work out for me, my thoughts were more like, "That's okay, I'll keep trying," or "Oh well, I'll be okay." I've been applying to new jobs because I'm not really doing much in my field, so I've be frustrated and earlier it would make me really angry and I couldn't tolerate being there. Now, I'm okay most days and not crabby at all. I'm still looking for a new job though because the company is moving an hour away and I don't want to drive that far. But I feel positive no matter what. Anyway, I've gotten multiple rejections and without the pills, I'd shut down and be depressed that I didn't get it. With the pills, I just moved on happily like it's all going to be okay. My interactions with people are more pleasant and I feel more open to talking to people. Finally, I noticed the most change this week because I ran out of my pills after I took my last ones on Tuesday (writing this on the following Saturday for perspective). I've become irritated again, not able to tolerate my day at work, and the biggest thing I noticed, my sleep quality worsened a lot, just by not taking them for 3 days. I've started feeling down about myself again with less energy and enthusiasm. So, to conclude, I ordered again and started a subscription because these are a lifesaver to me! I never want to feel terrible again and I like that they are not prescription drugs, I prefer more natural options first. These might not work for everyone and some people don't even take them long enough. I'm lucky to see the results after a month, but for some people it might take longer. Also, I love how quickly they get delivered with Prime, I get them overnight.

Life changing. Take 5 days in a row, skip 2 in a row, keep it up. I noticed improvement at the 2 week mark and have stayed with it. I have had no complaints with it at all. It doesnt "make you" anything (i.e. "happy" or "jittery" or such). I believe it simply helps restore balance depleted from stress, hormonal changes, aging. When your body is struggling to notice the good in life or do anything, and you don't want Rx, it's a blessing to find a supplement that can improve mental state. I wanted to try supplements before getting on the RX train. Even if pshychosomatic, this worked for me. If this doesn't help you, get a competent healthcare provider involved. ❤️

This has given balance the waves of sadness I frequently got would come without warning or reason. I did my research and this supplement has been a relief by week 2 my moods were much much better by week three the waves of anxiety an deppression stop drastically. Im thankful I found them .

Disclaimer... long review because I wanted to be honest and accurate. .......Being a person who suffers from chronic depression and generalized anxiety disorder I have religiously taken prescribed medication for 25 years. I have recently been diagnosed with a medical disorder that has exasperated my mental condition and as insult to injury I had to stop taking one of my prescribed psych medications because it has a reaction to the treatment for my physical illness. My doctor explained that there are natural remedies that have had been successful for many . I was skeptical and honestly terrified to try anything new let alone a non fda approved med and definitely because it was in my mind, a vitamin. So I took his list of "herbs and supplements " and hit the internet. After hours of research and reading reviews I took my top 3 possible picks to him for his opinion. Although he did not pick this one for me specifically he did say that all 3 I had picked were reasonable and within his expectations of supplements. Again I sat down and triple checked every detail. I finally chose this one because it was reasonably priced but mainly because it had exactly what the list had. So I ordered. I was literally scared to death when I took my first dose. I doubted that it would do anything but scared that it might. I've had some bad reactions to meds before and was worried that if this worked it might trigger some reactions. But hey. Bottoms up. 2 down the hatch. Took them on a Saturday morning before breakfast. 90 minutes later I felt slightly light headed and ridiculously hungry. Like sumo wrestler after a fast hungry. I ate and drank some milk and eventually the feeling went away. I wasn't sure if it was the meds at first. But the same thing happened the next morning. I also had some muscle aches and stiffness which I know can be associated with serotonin levels. Also the next morning I realized that I had slept like a baby the night before. Something that I rarely do anymore. So I modified on Monday. I took 1 and ate before work. I felt no side effects and I actually had a good day. I took the second pill when I got home with a snack. That was a week ago. I have noticed that I am anxious but not much. I can't say that I have no depression but I have manageable symptoms. Mainly just tired and some fatigue but I take a nap when I need to. HYDRATE to stop the aching. Eat regularly. Sleep at night just fine. And still manage to go to work and I went to a get together last night. I'm sold and still shocked but happy. Talk to your doctor though. Just to be safe.

Good

Had a streesful project that was very detail orientated and also had a lot stressful pressures at home. This really helped me stay inline and not procrastinate when i'm overwhelmed. It also minimised the negative thoughts that would creep in when i was highly anxious. I definitely recommend.

Waste of money and useless product
