Small white tabs. I like the size and dosage. I can take one before going boating on our local lake or before wanting to read in the car. I don't get the uneasy feeling from motion and am not put to sleep by the med.

Is this like the CVS less drowsy formula?

I can tell you my wife uses Meclizine for dizziness feelings. And sometimes vertigo feelings. But we are not familiar with the CVS formula you are referring to. Hope this helps.

That is different then I received from Amazon, mine is a pink pill also Chewable . What you describe is what I used to take with prescription its called Antivert,it is also Meclizine.
