I bought this frame to create a Thank-you frame for a preceptor, and she loved it! I bought little wooden letters and painted them black and gold and hot-glued them to the top and bottom of the frame to make a customized gift. I am extremely pleased how well it worked out and very glad I got this frame in good condition with no scratches or chips. Would buy again!Update: I customized this frame for my friend who is a total WSU Shockers fan and she FINALLY put some pictures in it, and sent me a pic of the frame, I added it to this listing. Very cheap product. The glass doesn't stay in properly so if you don't tape your picture somehow it will shift and drop. I'm very disappointed. I know it was not a lot of money but I was expecting a little bit better of a product. Don't waste your time or your money!

This frame is poorly designed. Instead of having each photo slot with its own backing and securing, it has a large one covering everything with nothing to hold the moving photos and glass pieces beneath. Because of this, you'll have to use tape to position things but that works poorly too because there is so little flat surface to tape things to and the glass is hard to hold in place. On top of that, the backing is made of cheap cardboard and the little plastic holders that you rotate to open and close the backing are tricky to turn, causing the cardboard to get damage underneath the holder. Lastly, I needed this frame to replace one with similarly sized slots that sits on my shelf, but this frame can only be hung to the wall, it has no stand support.

I bought this primarily because I liked the look of it - and now that it's hanging on the wall, it looks fine. But it has thin sheets of plastic to cover the photos (not glass) and the frame itself is pretty flimsy - taking the back off, installing the photos and putting it all back together was a chore. It wasn't super expensive and it's ok, but I would pay a bit more next time for something that's a higher quality frame.

We were very disappointed with this product. It was really cute when it arrived, and we were excited to give it as a present to a family member. It's versatile, cute, and offers the possibility of displaying 4 photos, which we loved. We carefully put our photos in the frame, and that's when we realized that one of the glass covers were taking down when the frame was held upright. On further examination, we realized that the frame had arrived broken, despite the box being undamaged. A little plastic piece had broken off inside the frame (that was meant to hold the glass piece in place). We also realized that we couldn't flip the frame around to fix the issue, since it has one appointed "up" side. I have included pictures that show the back of the frame (it looks a little beat up even though we haven't even used it). I have also included pictures that show the glass falling down in the frame as well as the tiny pics that broke off, making the frame unusable. We were very disappointed. If you're willing to risk the possibility of it arriving broken or breaking easily, buy it because it's cute. But I'm asking for a refund.

Look at most recent reviews, they are terrible. This frame is like the types you’d find at a Dollar Tree. it feels like it’s made out of cardboard and scrap plastic...and comes with broken off pieces in the box and shards of glass shaking around in the frame waiting for your finger to slice into it. As a bonus, it actually smells like dog poop. Save yourself the trouble, do not buy this. Target has them cheaper than this and way better quality.

I would say that the product description is a fair representation for the product I received. I ordered two of these frames. It's too bad that they only come in black. I do have one complain about this product. It's most likely made in a facility that has poor quality control. The frame was fine but inside the plastic wrapping were shards of glass from what I suspect was a different frame. After I opened up the backing to remove the stock photos and put mine, same thing more shards. My glass was in tact thankfully. I ended up with glass in my foot from unknowingly dropping glass shards on my floor. My baby was nearby so it kinda became a race to sweep and vacuum before any more injuries occurred. Other than the glass shards I would say it's a good product. Recommend you open slowly and over a clean table so that you can see if any broken glass falls out.

Está bonito de lejos, pero tiene los bordes algo chuecos y el cartón de atrás se daña muy fácilmente ya que las patitas que debes mover para colocar las fotografías lo raspa (está muy apretado), yo usé cinta para poder lograr que las fotos no se movieran del cristal. Está bien para lo que cuesta y sí lo volvería a comprar.

Pesima calidad, esta hecho de plástico de baja calidad, micas y cartón, si, cartón; el marco se ve bien pero esta hecho de plástico delgado y no parece muy resistente, las fotos están protegidas por micas que vienen mal cortadas y en mi caso una de ellas estaba MUY RAYADA Y MANCHADA, y las fotos quedan presionadas contra la mica por CARTONES CORRUGADOS. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Es un producto de bajo costo, pero creo que se podría mejorar un poco en la calidad. El vidrio mal cortado y el cartón de la parte posterior ya estaba bastante maltratado antes de utilizarlo. Pero al final cumple su función y los detalles estéticos quedan cubiertos, solo que en definitiva, si piensas cambiar seguido las fotos, puede que el daño al cartón sea considerable

El producto es bueno pero la tapa de la parte trasera es de cartón y con facilidad se dobla. No creo que aguante un clima húmedo, me hubiese gustado que tuviera un agujero para poder colgarlo en el clavo o una pata para colocarlo en una mesa. Solamente tiene unos pequeños ganchos y me da miedo que estos no resistan y se caiga.

A simple vista se ve bonito pero cuando lo abrí pude ver que tenía el cristal quebrado, además el material de los pestillos para detener las fotos es muy frágil, se rompen fácilmente.
