Working well
I wanted to add this to my walking routine. It was super easy to set up and start using right away. It has a few exercises but check out YouTube for more. Not going to lie, I was sore for a couple of days, but doing better now and can do more reps.

Broken in less than 3 months of light use.
** Update. Moving from 2 stars to 5! Company saw that I had a problem and sent me a replacement at no cost to me.I was so impressed. Thank you very much!Band had a flaw when received, but seemed to work / stretch fine so I was not concerned. Broke after the 30 day return period and no way to contact seller after that point. Disappointed, as I really liked the set if not for this issue.

Not good for a small space. Does not tighten all of the way. Seller refunded.
Updated: Seller wrote to me and offered me a full refund or a free upgrade to the version of this with the ratchet. I thought that was good. This version without the ratchet is too loose to use in a small space-- I had it on my basement door in a hallway which would have had enough room had it been tight, but not enough with the give it had due to a staircase. The concept of this is great, but it's not possible to tighten it all the way. If you are planning on using it in a smaller space like this, consider the ratchet one, though I can't speak to its effectiveness because I did not get that one.

Exactly as described, arrived on time. These bands seem well made and will be easy to travel with, and very reasonably priced. Very pleased with my purchase.
