I have been wanting to try a mouth guard to see if it helps with my headaches and migraines which I have frequently. I wonder if I grind my teeth and if nothing else I know my tongue presses against the back of my upper teeth while I sleep which isn’t where your tongue should rest. My upper jaw aches a lot when I get a headache indicating to me I should try a mouth guard. I love this mouth guard and I feel like just from wearing it for 4 nights has already decreased my head pain. Haven’t taken my prescription migraine medicine since I’ve started wearing this. I was have a migraine to do to grinding my teeth at night. My dentist wanted hundreds of dollars to fit me for a mouthpiece. I discovered these on Amazon and decided to try them. Amazing! They are comfortable they were easy to fit into my mouth just had to boil them and stick them in! No more grinding no more waking up with headaches. I highly recommend these especially if you can afford the three to $400 ones from your dentist. Shipping was fast also!

I chipped my tooth a couple of weeks ago from grinding my teeth so I was so happy to see these guards on Amazon as my dentist wanted over $200 to make me one. These are so simple to heat up and fit to your teeth and exactly what I needed! They are soft and comfortable too. Great find!

This product is a great alternative if you are needing a mouth guard. I had gotten it to help with issues I’ve had with TMJ and teeth grinding at night. Even though I ended up not using it. It did help lead me to more answers of the root of my teeth grinding and TMJ. Stress,Asthma, allergies, insomnia, and TMJ are all linked together in my issues so I’m focusing on the Asthma and learning to breathe and relieving stress.If you have issues with teeth grinding and TMJ do try this out especially before spending a ton of money at the dentist. ❤️

Very good for the money. I use a mouth guard as recommended by my dentist to prevent grinding. I didn’t want to spend the money on a professional guard and my dentist said I didn’t need one. This fit the bill and is very easy to use and worth the price. It is comfortable once I get used to it and I have no more problems with sore jaw from grinding.

I love these guards and happy to know that there's a few in the package. It also comes with a cute little case to put the guards in. I've only tried it for one day and so far I am happy with them. I use it for snoring and grinding my teeth. I feel no pain now with the guards on and they don't taste unpleasant. My dentist will be happy to hear that I found these guards for my teeth and I don't have to pay for costly guards too!

El producto es muy funsional y facil de elaborar , solo tuve un pequeño inconveniente y es el de necesitar comprar un termometro. MI sugerencia es que incluyan algo como un termometro aun que sea desechable para poder elaborarlo con toda facilidad. Por lo demas es un producto que recomiendo para evitar desgastar Los dientes o para protegerlos de una fractura al hacer ejercicios de impacto.
