Exactly what I was hoping for
Just received the lava rocks and filled the fire pit. Exactly what I was hoping for. Was surprised at how many of the rocks were of good size and shape. Great buy and delivered quickly.

Product arrived in a timely manner and was as described in the offer. While the product had no issues, for me, the product was too small for my project. The product was usefu, just not the size I was looking for in the project.

Naturalistic. Like a volano. Never mind phony ceramic logs.
Mar 2025 - New home. New empty gas fireplace and Christmas was coming. Gotta do something, fast. Never tried lava rock before. In fact grew up with wood fireplaces, mostly. Ceramic logs way too phony. Lava rocks, medium sized, piled in the pan below the gas pipe worked great. Fooled around with placement and one can well imagine being on the slopes Mona Loa watching the flames crawl up through the cracks. A very satisfactory and kinda truthful, naturalistic effect. We like it a lot!

DO NOT BUY! Rocks will explode and cause harm/damage!
DO NOT BUY! Within 10 minutes of first use, the rocks began exploding and projecting throughout the backyard. One rock burned a spot on a child's leg while another hit a window nearby. This was a massive mistake and Amazon refused to take any accountability for allowing such a defective product to be sold on their platform. This is an example where spending more from a reputable seller is worth it.
