Great support
Great supplement I love this brand.

Good Quality
Now vitamins are always great quality. These are reddish brown gel caps. They are about the size of most multivitamins. Soft and easy to swallow. Some vitamin E gel caps can be punctured with a pin and you can use the oil inside on your skin. This is not the case with these. The liquid inside is also a reddish brown and very thick and sticky. I have used it on my skin, but more as a mask. I couldnt leave the house with it on. My main problem with all NOW vitamins is that the lids are not air tight. And in fact not tight at all. A lot of air gets in. I still buy them for the quality, but it is something to note if you are going to have them around for a while or not take daily.
