These are good. Definitely recommend for home workouts. Don’t buy from Temu, they’ll be snapping and slapping you in the face in less than a few uses - trust me!!

Set of three fitness bands
Didn’t look at the length properly and this set have come up shorter than my previous, so check your length before ordering.

I usually don't write reviews, but unfortunately I have to now. I bought this set in June, I have used it only 3 times since. Now in December the red (medium) band completely snapped in half when I started an exercise (simple band pull aparts with low tension). The red one is my usual go to. It's so disappointing that it didn't last even a year. I would not recommend and will have to go look for something else again, which is so inconvenient.
