I finally got to use these and love them. The tart shells came out easily and had a good bake and even browning. Cleanup was a breeze. A quality product.

During the height of the pandemic, locked inside my apartment with nowhere to go but the living room, bedroom, and kitchen, I turned in my darkest hour to the healing power of Great British Baking and discovered a love for baking. I bought these as a result of my newfound obsession and haven't regretted a thing I've made in them since! The pans are adorable, easy to use, and easy to clean despite their tiny size. One tin is about a perfect one person serving, and the sides fall away easy leaving you with cute and perfectly presentable tarts of all kinds. They take up very little room as well (key when you're an apartment dweller) and are a lovely color!

Perfect bake every time! I bought my first set of these about two years ago to make mini quiches. With or without a pastry crust, the quiche baked perfectly in these pans. No leaks and no burning or soggy bottoms. Since my purchase of the first set, I have discovered many new uses beyond tarts for these pans. They are great for make-ahead individual fruit pies as well as meat or vegetable pot pies that can go from the freezer to the oven which makes them excellent for leftovers and last-minute desserts. Pie crust can be baked in them for most fruit fillings with the bottom liner removed to prevent a soggy bottom. Cut a 41/2" circle of dough or pastry for both the bottom as well as the top for a double crust tart. My daughter-in-law is on the Keto diet, and these pans are excellent for crustless quiche, pumpkin pie, and custard. Just recently, I purchased a second set of these because I have a very good experience baking in them. Single serving pies in a variety of fillings that can be made ahead, frozen, and popped in the oven for Thanksgiving or dinner guests are a value-added treat to your meal.

These are great, easy to use, and exactly what I wanted. I’ve found that scaling down most pie recipes (to about 1/4 or so) and most tart recipes (by 1/2) will yield approximately 4 mini tartlets — perfect if you don’t want to be responsible for a whole pie! Pictured above I have two examples with a tart dough and one that’s a pretzel crust. All removed from the nonstick tart pans easily!

When embarking on my first tart-making adventures over the holidays, I was torn as to whether to get a large tart pan or a set of minis. I initially ordered one of the sets that had both but returned it and ended up getting this set of minis and the 9" Wilton. I LOVE both. These little tart pans are absolutely adorable and they are so easy to use. The tarts pop right out with the removable bottoms, and they clean up really easily. No issues with sticking. And, I've found that if I'm following a recipe for a 10" tart with my 9" pan, I have enough left over to make 2 smaller tarts with these pans. The best of both worlds!

My wife wasn't familiar with the removable lid type. These are very common in Europe. The tart cools nicely and then slid just off. Great quality. Do NOT use metal utensils on it. We wash it in dishwasher and no discoloration so far.

These are perfect for making individual pie/tart desserts!

Excellent quality,came individually wrapped. I already tried them and my tarts came out excellent. It was also easy to remove them. I also wish they make the smaller version. I highly recommend this pans. I will be buying another 12
