These are double wing clips are constructed of stamped steel and come in a nickel plated finish. They are used to attach screens and storm windows to window openings, and for use on to narrow rails to hold adjacent screens in place. Each clip mounts with one fastener, also provided in package. Found it
I looked all of my area in every hardware store and could not find them. I found them on Amazon, of course. They are used on windows where screens are installed in the spring and taken down in the fall. I needed them to put on a hatch door and they worked perfectly.
