No cervical support
I was looking for a neck support water pillow. I filled the water to all differant levels and NO ervical support. Goes totally flat at my neck. Bummer.

Strong plastic smell
I think I will love this pillow when I can get rid of the smell. It's really comfortable but it smells so strong that I'm leaving it outdoors hoping the smell subsides.

hard to completely remove the water from the bag.

Worked okay for a while
I have had my Core pillow for less than a year, and woke up this morning with one end of the pillow, as well soaked, as well as a dinner plate size place on my mattress, water-soaked where a pinhole-size leak had developed in the pillow overnight. I'll never buy another Core product, and recommend others to avoid them.
