I have neck issues. I have a cervical pillow, but it does not help and every night I have to lay in a certain position or I run the risk of either a tension headache or a full blown migraine(where I cannot function and my day is wasted). It's just no way to live. I got a cervical neck stretcher thingy, that did not work. I decided to take a chance on this pillow. The price was right and it came to my door two days later. The first night I used it, I woke up, no tension headache, no migraine, in-fact there was no pain at all and I ended up sleeping in(which does not happen due to pain and constantly waking up in the night to normally adjust my pillow). I woke up feeling happy, like a normal person. Three nights so far and I have not woken up with a headache! I am so happy with this product! My Husband is happy with this product, because he has seen me wake up with absolutely no pain. What is great and why I think it works, is it has just the right amount of firmness. Too hard and it hurts, to soft and it does not work. This supports my neck perfectly. There is a dip(I wish it was a teeny bit wider) that cradles my neck/spine. Its also not too tall, not to short. Not every pillow is going to work everyones neck, but for the price, I think someone should try it, it's worth checking.

I don’t think I can ever use another pillow or sleep without this pillow ever. Soft but firm. Perfect fit. Keeps my neck from having a forward posture neck. Best cervical pillow I have ever tried. Love that the case can be removed and washed. Small and doesn’t move around. It is helping with my stiff neck pain. I will bring this pillow if I travel.

Excellent pillow, saved my neck pain! I took off 1 star because the pillowcase is extremely cheap and rips easily. It ripped the very first time I washed it and tried to put it back on the pillow. Tried to contact the seller but Amazon makes it very difficult these days and I was not able to reach anyone for a replacement pillowcase. Annoying, but great quality pillow.

I was nervous this would be too soft but it’s actual perfection. I add this to my flat hotel pillows and it’s the perfect addition. Firm enough that my neck doesn’t sink into the pillow. And it helps keep me on my back throughout the entire night. The pillow is amazing for neck pain. And folds up in my suitcase easily. Don’t hesitate to purchase!

I wanted to like this- the quality seemed good and it had NO chemical odor when I opened it which is nice. However, it is firm foam. If you are getting this for occipital neuralgia, you will likely also find that it is too firm on your neck and head. It is not the right solution for me. Oh well!

I absolutely love this pillow for back-sleeping. I tried SO many others, and this is my favorite. It cradles my neck in just the right healthy position, and works well even when I raise my head with my adjustable bed. I took it with me for a hospital stay, and even the hospital bed felt cozy with this pillow. I use it in both forward and backward directions, depending on my sleep position and how my neck feels. I also love that it's small enough to pack in a suitcase.

Helps my neck feel better for a more restful sleep. Give cervical support for those who need it. Helps me after my car accident. Recommended.

It has memory foam with the right amount of firmness and support, but not so much that it is uncomfortable. Two nights to get used to it. It has kept my headaches from coming back. It keeps me from sleeping on my stomach which was causing some neck pains. It allows for side sleeping too. I have unzipped and washed the cover, but then, I made my own cover to go over their cover by cutting the leg off of a pair of old leggings and sliding it over. That worked great. I have had much less need for my chiropractor. Update: I need this so much that when I went on a trip I rolled it up so tightly and stuffed it in a drawstring bag because I couldn't imagine sleeping without it. I can't believe how well it has helped my neck even still!
