It is EASY PEAZY to put on !
Okay first things first. Once you get it out of the bag and try to use it - BE PATIENT! Sadly I am NOT one of those guys who really looks at the Directions. It took me abit to get it so I could put it on - Once I figured it out - smooth as pudding. And It really helped my back when I was washing my truck or pulling weeds in the back yard (ugh)! So as they say it may "behoove you to look at the directions." Good Advice - LWL VA.

Excellent Support & Ease of Use
This product provides support stabilizing my lower back when doing yard work. It has the added advantage of being easy to put on, adjust, and remove. Perforations in the elastic webbing offer some relief when wearing the belt in hot weather. Only downside is the width tapers narrower (more so than product photos showed) where it attaches in front which can cause some discomfort where rib cage meets abdomen.

Decent enough deal
Have had back pain for a while now. Flares up and comes and goes— this brace does help though. Wearing it improves my posture and offers some relief to the tension and throbbing. It does have a bad habit of folding/rolling up on itself which is minor but annoying. For the most part it is as advertised

Not what I thought it would do
I had a cervical stimulation support device implanted and used the brace to ensure the device didn’t move after surgery (on my left hip) unfortunately, It does not stay in the lower hip location for ultimate support and continues to each up toward the waist

Really works foe me
I have degenerative disk disease. When I play golf, my back will hurt for days. I was taking lots of Advil and Aleve and my doctor said I needed to stop. I bought this brace and my back feels fine now during and after a round, without any NSAIDs. The brace is not uncomfortable. If you have a bad back you should definitely try this

Much too small!!
Ordered a medium, got a "medium" but it was much too small. Must have been designed by munchkins.

Comfortable Pain Relief
I like that it is easy to put on, it is comfortable, and it does not bind. It braces my back enough that I feel better while I am using and for quite a bit of time after I take it off. I would recommend it to anyone needing back support.

Size chart not accurate!
Size chart not accurate! Medium 32-37 in. I’m a 32. I could not connect it together. Order a size larger.
