I work night shift so this was a must buy for me. I find when I turn it on I start to feel better, more energy and improves my mood. There’s multiple slightly different color lights you can select from with a wide selection of brightness as well. It’s easy to use, not too big and works great. I have no complaints.

A great and easy to transport light. I can use it at home or at my office. Settings are controlled by touch and simple to follow. However I do wish there was more information about the brightness and temperature colors to help me guide the best options. Had to use ChatGpt.

This lamp is nice and compact, but it really does help. It's easy to use. The timer is very nice. There's no way to program the scenes, but I don't really mind that. The brightness is really cool, you can go from dim to fairly bright but bright does feels warm. The light itself doesn't get warm, but you feel warm from the brighter settings shining on you. The controls are easy to figure out and I love the varied light temperatures and brightness. The only thing is I wish the controls weren't so easy to accidentally tap. Otherwise, it's definitely a good value for the money.

It arrived quickly, and we used it immediately. It is a nice bright light that can be dimmed and changed to yellow/orange with just a touch of. It remains to be seen if all the promised benefits will occur with persistent use. So far we are pleased with it. I gave it 5 stars, but the first one won’t light up

Well it is amazingly helpful. It’s weird how much it increased my feeling of well-being throughout the day by use of it for about 10-20 min in the morning. BUT- I bought it December 1 and it is now January 29 and it doesn’t work anymore. So while it did work it was great but it definitely didn’t last very long. Its past its return date :( I’m going to look for another brand, so I can get the same effect and hopefully use it for longer.
